Pivott website
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Pivott is the agency I worked at for several years now. Their main focus is personalised creative marketing whether it is on social media, out-of-home, email marketing.
Their website needed a re-design which follows their new instagram branding and values. I love to work on UI designs, so I took on this challenge, and it received lots of positive feedbacks.
The main challenge of this project was that they wanted to focus on two totally different aspects: "inspiration" and "expertise"while being a media in which marketeers could find valuable and interesting information.
Agency: Pivott.
SPHERE IDEA
After many researches, I couldn't find any website like it so I started to focus and get inspired by the name of the agency: Pivott. What can we pivot? A sphere. Why would we pivot the sphere? To personalise the content on the website.
It all of a sudden made sense, let's make the website interactive, a consumer come and decide for himself what he/she would like to see more. More inspiration, less expertise? or More expertise, less inspiration?
NIGHT MODE
To make the website even more personal. The website change during the night and only shows the dark blue background after a certain hour.
I initially worked on the dark blue example, and loved it as I felt it was really having an impact compared to the light website. But the main idea of the redesign was to step away from this heavy dark blue.
So why not keeping it during the night?
BRANDING
All branding elements were kept the same, we kept the logo, colours, fonts as it was, to still have the "Pivott" feel and just modernise it a little bit with more white and less dark blue.
